Rain fed agriculture areas are still facing acute shortage of water. GoI is allocating funds for water conservation under different schemes. Though GoI talked about convergence but it is not happening at state or village level. Honble PM may address the issue of convergence and can appeal to state governments to take initiatives for convergence of resources for water conservation in rain fed areas

Modiji, Please speak about our Education System where the focus should be more on the students who are not doing well and try to bring them into the mainstream rather than focusing only on the bright students. Education has just become a very competitive field where everybody only wants to take the credit of their institutions being the best but not giving equal importance to benefit all the students even those who are not doing well. Then only can reforms take place.

Sir, So many rapes are taking place because- 1. The culprits of Nirbhaya rape have not yet been hanged, though more than five years have passed merely because appeal etc is lying with supreme court for the last several years 2. I have seen almost all work-less youths whether Mazdoors or otherwise,in their spare times, watching porn on their mobile which incites them and they want to do it even if a child or a girl has to be killed after the sex. Could you please ban all porn on our mobiles
