Sir, If you want your systems to work, please conduct transparency audit and accountability audit. Transparency audit will tell you to what extent system is transparent to the major users and accountability audit will tell you to what extent the lowest employee translate the cause into an output. We do have financial audit system in the country which is completely flawed. They measure development by expenditure but there is no accountability of expenditure incurred.

1. Please start "Namaste India" campaign to encourage people to use "Namaskar" instead of "shakehand" as it is better for people's hygiene besides being our cultural heritage. 2. Please consider mentioning of both pre-marriage as well as post-marriage names in Aadhaar and PAN Cards of married women of the country to save them from undue hardships being commonly faced by them in these days of linking most of the things with Aadhaar. This will be a great step towards empowering women.

Dear Prime Minister, I am impressed by your leadership and your keen interest to make our country a SWACHH BHARAT. May I now request your attention to make another area SWACHH; this is regarding advertising standard and quality as applied to our TV channels. In my opinion, advertisements in TV channels is nothing but garbage fed to viewers day after day. This is nothing but huge national waste. Will you please engage a committee of experts to review the policy of advertising in TVs.

I am a govt teacher and I know what can I contribute to my nation and what should be the value of teachers in our country but it is not like what it should be refurbish if we compare it with other countries like USA where teachers are given the highest priority because they understand they are the real nation builders. So I suggest PM to please ensure some practical steps for their betterment in the society especially state teachers of hilly areas like J&k
