Can it be possible for the government to allow electricity operators to charge more (maybe 1.5 times what we pay now) but make it compulsory for them to compensate the user at a rate double or triple the normal rate for any power cuts? We have to face too many power cuts and the costs of buying and maintaining so many inverters for homes and generators for businesses for so each and every household or business is a useless expense. This might make power companies more accountable. Thank you.
