Honourable PM should advice state governments to replace existing outsourcing agencies with spiritual Trusts Like Ram Krishna Mission trust so that Outsource employee in government sector get full salary and they can be later encouraged to join NPS as at present various political party workers'company are outsourcing agencies and their recruitments may be a big source of corruption and non performance.
