Updated protocols: New protocols need to be passed by parliament wrt the usage off technology in schools. Sometimes, too much discipline hampers the creative mind and drive of people. Too less discipline, makes one abuse others rights .....So we need a psychologist to help parliament with this rule. I believe technology can be used for good.
