all builders may be asked to submit the list to whom the flats, villas, shops and plots have been sold. They may be asked to submit to Government of India, the list of buyers, their PAN card details and payment received from buyers. I am sure they will not be able to submit the complete list as some flats etc. are still with them are in unknown names. Respected Sir, It is requested that selections at top posts of government of India are done through UPSC exams, but most of the underprivileged students i.e. Farmers, daily wagers, working students etc. don't have any chance to get coaching from metro cities. Due to this they are not able to get selected. Therefore it is requested that either these coaching institutes should be closed or change exam format or entry should be made at one level in government jobs i.e. no group discrimination.

GOI may take over the assets as well as liabilities of the builders and hand those over to some company like NBCC etc.While taking over assets of the builders, all type of assets, commercial and residential properties owned by the builders in their names and their family names To adjust amount of difference between liabilities and assets buyers may be asked to pay

Please urge eminent personalities to speak on social issues that need focus to make India a truly great nation. Political compulsion may not allow politicians to strongly speak against certain issues and therefore we need apolitical, respected personalities to speak on issues such as family planning, Triple Talaq, Dress as per occassion and changing times, Women empowerment, Modernization of Madarsas (DAV schools, Convent schools, Khalsa have produced scholars in all fields) etc.
