Hello Sir Our education system was designed to fulfill the needs of a different era. The natural thing to do is to evolve our education system in a way that suits the requirement of the modern era. I have a suggestion. We can have a system where the primary focus is learning. Examination and certification of the students will be taken care of by a separate body. The major reform which can change your administration power is to bring Clause "to remove non performing people from Govt job - in very limited steps avoiding cumbersome legal procedure" This should be just like private job wherein salary for 3-6 months given in hand and say Bye Bye to employee.

Dear PM, Besides formal learning the youth of India needs an exposure to the basic unity of our nation by way of travel. This will make them enlightened citizens. Govt can facilitate their travel on the routes followed by Vivekananda/Gandhi. This can be a co-curricular activity. As the students pursue their education in the correspondence stream they can travel and widen their knowledge and vision. RK Mission, Vivekananda Kendra and others can play a key role. Please consider.
