Economic activities in the village to be documented. The needs of the village to be identified like irrigation facilities,infrastructure viz laying of roads, allied activities besides agriculture,etc.Village development plans be drawn & a corporate house be requested to adopt the village for its development. CSR will accomplish.

Dear sir, Topic: Railways Credentials: Done 11 year service in Railway after qualifying UPSC I feel pained to see numerous accident in Railways. However, keeping changing heads at Rly Board will not substantiate to anything. Being in the middle management position I can clearly see that root problem is at ground level.
