Respected sir, It's my very first submission of thoughts for "Man ki Baat". Please take a look as these are very common issues for technical students and aspirants who want to do achieve a good posts in government services. As my suggestions are towards the insensitivity of young proffesionals for the social and political issues of the country.

At least can government decide some standards for maintenance at restaurants, petrol pumps and public areas (like ISO) ? In my view Government should plan for Merging of all PSU Banks and remove holding and use Funds for development. Keep only 2 PSU Banks Merge PVT Sector Banks & Co-op Banks. To avoid Tax evasion. Close down all Subsidy on immediate basis availed by Working Government Employees [eg News Paper Bill, Mobile Bill, Telephone Bill, Food Allowance etc] Jobs as per Skill should be provided. Recruitment should be as per Experience Basis & not on EXAM BASE as life itself is big Exam. Road Development

ग्रामीण क्षेत्र के युवा तथा महिलाओं को अल्प अवधि के पाठ्यक्रम के द्वारा प्रशिक्षित करके आत्मनिर्भर बनाना जहाँ हमारे पास इन छोटे - छोटे गाँवों में युवा शक्ति हैं जिनको एक अल्प समय का प्रशिक्षण दे कर हम कुशल बना सकते हैं तो दूसरी तरफ छोटे - छोटे दुकानदार तथा उद्योग कुशल कामगार को तरस रहें हैं ! इसका एक कारण ये भी हो सकता हैं की जो संस्थाएं PMKVY से जुड़ी हैं, उनका मकसद केवल पैसा कमाना है तथा सामाजिक सुधार शायद उनके एजेण्डे में प्रथम स्थान नहीं रखता ।
