Respected Sir, I think people are getting jobs from different quota such as SC, ST, OBC. Quota should be given for the families who are getting jobs. Because they will not be called poor families. Then sir, many of our general family boys will lose competition. And the benefit of other castes will be to combat the competition.

Sir, I am sharing my thoughts for our Swachh Bharat Mission and clean environment. I have very distinct two steps to mention. One is via street campaign driven by municipal corporation and gram Panchayat and volunteered by students between 16 to 20 for growing understanding about garbage segregation. Another is indirect but would be effective in long term, my proposition is, our officers from defense would be allocated to volunteered colonies to learn with them on self organizing and discipline.

You should launch kashmir connect program where exiled pandits of age from 27 to 32 should connect with kashmiris of same age because this is the period of exile. They are the ones who can spark the love and bring sense to disillusioned. Yatra like kaanvar of pandits through the bylanes if kashmir where they locate their lost homes and youth of kashmir help them do that.

Make a law of mandatory serving for Social causes. Say a person has to give 24 hrs in a year towards social cause. A doctor can attend patients for free Teacher can teach Firemen can join duty... Etc. Training should be provided for role if Firemen or disaster management or paramedic. The additional hours received through this should be passed to already working people and they should be given equivalent holidays relieving their stress. This will increase our efficiency
