Dear PM, I feel we must put extra tax and start a local authority token issue for all those who keep the dogs at home. We have yet to cater for toilets for our population but catering toilets for dogs at home or outside is not in planning at all. All domestic dogs litter the public area and cleaning of it should invite heavy tax from these dog owners who are spending much more on it than a poor person in India. We need CAPA (corrective and preventive actions) department in India. We need a department which possibly can be called as CAPA(Corrective and Preventive Actions). This department should understand lapses in manual processes because of which 100's of people die in India every year. This department should come up with reasons and solutions so that going forward such mistakes can be avoided and lives can be saved.
