So, a normal Indian feels it laughable, when he is suddenly asked to behave decently after having spent a big part of their life in a totally insensitive environment. Govt. should take initiative to frame laws and regulations to protect the human and consumer rights of Tenants. Despite of paying huge rents, flats owner in Delhi-NCR tend to treat the tenants as their servants. The property Owner do not return the formally signed rent deed on time; They do mention all the Fixed charges know to them in their rental amount agreed with the tenant to Skip Income-Tax and hence this becomes an additional burden on the Tenant to bear along with rent and EMI.

Sir Healthcare is a basic need and right of every citizen of country. With the current scenario at Gorakhpur, the country needs to be more alert and active to ensure such incidents do not repeat.Due to the huge population we are unable to make health care free to our citizens. But we need to put efforts to achieve ultimate goal of offering free healthcare to all citizens. Also control on population has become a mandatory requirement. So family with max 4 members must be insisted by Govt.

sir, with due respect i want to say that as to reduce business obstacle we proceed to GST likewise in uttar pradesh in various govt. exam there are so many typing font is used for hindi typing in exam. i want please reduce these obstacle from those exam and allow applicant to give the exam in which font he/she is able to give like mangal font or krutidev. because there in exam of uppcl they want krutidev font and in upp exam they ask for mangal font. do something sir, thanking you
