#MannKiBaat Sir, Please draw your kind attention towards unemployed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers/Technicians due to lack of career opportunity in the aviation sector.Even though we are well groomed(Technically trained to work on Live Aircraft)from the collages approved by Director General Of Civil Aviation(DGCA) Govt of India, yet not getting proper placement from the collages as private Scheduled/Non scheduled operators(Airlines) formulate the procedure to go through 01 yrs unpaid training.

Govt. of India,Ministry of Home Affairs has issued Memorandum to all State Govts/UTs vide No.27011/100/2012-R&W dated 23.11.2012 to extend suitable benefits to Ex paramilitary Force personnel (Viz. CRPF,BSF,CISF,ITBP AND SSB) on the lines of the benefits extended to the Ex-Servicemen of the Defence forces. It is regretted to point out here that only Goa state has implemented these orders and other states did not bother to implement the same. Even Central Govt. has not implemented.

Respected PM Sir, One the most important issues surrounding India is lack of political leaders meeting general public frequently. I think to understand and build an inclusive India, every MP should at least meet the general public once a month where the public should be allowed to ask questions pertaining to the problem they are facing in day to day lives. The politician should then cross check at least a few complaints personally. You will find many govt initiates are not reaching common man.

Sir, corruption complaints sent for one issue should be linked to reach all concerned, action taken should be intimated to complainant in a time bound manner and also feedback and rating should be taken for action taken. Nothing moves on ground. I can give 10 examples. Also people are waiting action against all political corruptions on priority. Lastly maan ki baat main kya hona chahiye Se jayada imp hai kya kiya govt ne
