All the government's schemes are distributed for delivery at the district level. Unfortunately, that's where we have the biggest barrier to local level democracy. Sir, pl make some changes in man ki baat. The program has become a very very boring lecture and advice. You should tell Govt development plans, progress, how aadahar linking is saving money, tell a few stories how corrupt people were looting, show us dreams for bright future etc.People need to be emotionally connected. Only advice not enough.
