Sir, I want you to fix accountability for the 2G fiasco verdict on the officers concerned in the CBI and ED. As per reports in the Hindu dated 22.12., Justice Saini has accused the officers of the CBI and ED and Special Public Prosecutor etc that the affidavits filed by them were not signed by them and wherever signed it was by a junior inspector of police. I tend to agree with Dr. Su Swamy who has alleged internal sabotage in the CBI/ED.

Doing away with the requirement of transit permits for bamboos will expose the farmers to more harassment by middlemen and police as the farmers/transporters will not have any document to prove that the bamboos are from private lands and not from forest areas. Also, there will be no account of quantity of bamboos and the farmers may be deprived of the benefits of Access and Benefit sharing mechansims by which they would get an extra bonus on the profit from finished products made out of bamboos.

Honorable Prime Minister, It is bring to your kind notice that the caste based reservation in our country is hindering numerous youth in access to higher studies. The pass percentage is 35-45% for SC/ST, where as it is 50+ for General merit category students. Why is this difference ? and even in many entrance examinations, the application fee is way lesser to SC/ST when compared to General category. We need merit and income based reservation rather than caste based. Please do this!

Dear Modi ji, Please give incentives to tax payers by providing better services in education & healthcare in proportion to the taxes paid so that more people are motivated to pay taxes. It gives a real pain to see that only 40.7 million tax payers are running a country of 125 billion people. While Its important to have everybody's contribution in the system, it is important to keep honest tax payers motivated enough to stay honest with the system.

So, the definition of trees should be modified as -- "Trees" include woody plants with branches arising from a common stem having a diameter of more than 5cm at an height of 30cm from the ground, including palms, stumps, brushwood and canes, but excluding bamboos. (The first part of the definition has been adopted from the definition of "Tree" in UttarPradesh Tree Protection Act 1978)
