I am Dr Mohan Awasthy Professor Electronics and Telecom. What I feel from my last 25 year of experience is the day we take our practical exam as seriously as we are taking the theory exam our higher education system will definitely improve. On one hand we have ITI where they have skill but no knowledge and we have B.Tech courses where we provide knowledge bur no skill. Student B. Tech are not able to convert their idea in to reality as they don't have practical skill.

Recently i Visited to BMC Office twice for Gumasta licence,we did online application and completed all formalities, But even after they rejected and said documents are incomplete form. Respected Sir, I have two ideas to share with you for the benefits of our nation. First one is utilization of plastic wastes for construction of roads. It will reduce the cost of construction of roads and it will also reduce the hazards of plastic wastes on our land and water resources. Another idea is blending of ethanol in petrol to the maximum extent possible to save foreign exchange and to benefit the domestic sugarcane industry as well as our farmers.
