namaskar, i have a simple suggestion regarding metro's. Metro are need of today's scenario but it's new for many cities so i suggest there must be some regulating authority which is specifically only for metro's. If you develop regulating authority from now onwards its healthy for all of us as welll as for economy. in future you must need a regulating authority so why wait for problems to come and then find for a remedy.
