Every farmer wanting subsidy should be taught how to make value-added product from his crop. Example is potato wafers (instead of only potatoes) reducing impact of low potato prices at harvest time. While there has been bold initiatives like demonitisation,GST during your tenure,the unemployment issue is yet to be resolved,request some new year resolutions from your government such as National employment Policy and concrete measures for resolving unemployment,such as promoting self employment in government infrastructure projects, by lowering the Turn over/experience criteria etc to allow startups to bid for Govt consultancy and contracts to facilitate self employment jobs
