Request for fast track courts for disposal of property cases for people above 75 years. Unique case is my brother now 80+ went for redevelopment at Udaipur. three storeys constructed and for last three years work is stuck. Tenant is occupying a portion and not vacating. Agreement for 5 years and registered agreemnet , not paying rent still court is hearing case for 4 years. Now 5years contract period is also over. My brother is not keeping well and not getting rent etc.

Respected Sir, I seriously feel that, in India there is no concrete Law/Laws to prevent or check illegal mining in general and Illegal coal Mining in particular, which is causing serious threat to national economy by creation of a parallel economy caused by illegal theft and illegal Mining. This is why even the Police and Administration often finds it difficult even if there is a will. Therefore, a comprehensive Law to prevent Illegal Mining is highly recommended in national interest.

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी सर मैं ये कहना चहती हूँ कि आजकल जितने भी कम्पटीशन के एग्जाम होते है उसमें मार्क्स बेसिस पर सेलेक्शन किया जाता है इस तरीके से सभी बोर्ड एग्जाम से पास करने वाले परीक्षार्थी छट जाते है और सी.बी.एस.सी. वाले चुना जाते है बल्कि हम सभी यह जानते है क़ि बोर्ड में नंबर काम आते है और सी.बी.एस.सी.में ज्यादा।सर मैं यह चाहती हूँ की इसके लिए कोई क्राइटेरिया फिक्स किया जाए जिससे बोर्ड और सी.बी.एस.सी दोनों से पास करने वाले छात्रों को जॉब के लिए या किसी भी कम्पटीशन के लिए कोई प्रॉब्लम ना हो
