My Ideas about Beggar Children and Adult, I see everyday to them, Day by day their population increase and also increase children's kidnapping. This one reason is Beggar children.So, I have one idea. Create one Mobile, In this mobile app, Upload a photo with details. Every people install it in own mobile, whenever they see beggar children, they capture his-(Beggar Children) photos and upload on that mobile app with his(Beggar Children) full details about his(If he remember).

Dear Sir, More focus should be given to Volunteering in every field. The youth should be empowered to extend a helping hand to all the persons in need. For this to be implemented, some credits like a volunteering certificate must be issued to every youth who completes a set number of hours helping farmers in the field, or teaching in a Govt. school or helping in technology development of the nation.
