There is a lot of duplication in agricultural research. The 107 research institutes need to be merged into 8, one for every agro-climatic zone each one working in composite research for that zone. This would end duplication achieve consolidation and save expenses. Farmers will be able to access agricultural-technology under one umbrella through one window. All present research locations may continue to serve as centers for multi location testing of newly developed agricultural-technology.

The first is to start a campaign like "Selfie With Cloth Bag" for grocery please start from yourself that will inspire people to say no to plastic. Second is We can make Sunday as the "Plastic Day" and will request every one to collect the whole plastic items in a container and every Sunday there will be special drive by municipal staffs for plastic collection.it will save our societies from the scattered plastic items.
