The Jan Dhan Yojana crossed 30 crore enrolments and the progress made by Pradhan Mantri Ujjawala Yojana to provide LPG connection to poor families to save cooking time and freedom for women from exposure to smoke pollution and respiratory diseases and to bring smile on their faces. Healthier women will be able to contribute to make healthier society and a heathier country.

As the year 2017 comes to an end, we can recall it as one of the most progressive year. The improvement in situation and youths coming back to main stream in Jammu & Kashmir is one of the most positive development. The fight against black money which began on 8th Nov, 2016 continued and got another shot in arm through implementation of GST with effect from 1st July this year.

1. Skill development and ITI (technician's Training) are disjoint. They must merged. 10 % ITIs may be under central Govt as model skill development institutes. 2. Three language formula must be implemented in schools.Sanskrit must be core third language. 3. Focus must be on unity as political parties encourage division of society based on caste. 4. NBA and NAAC accreditation agencies must include parameters on progressive participation in development of rural health, education, health, income
