Sir I am a Army Officer and belong to uttarakhand. The standard of primary school education because of lack of teachers is very poor. I have a solution for overcoming shortage of teachers. All govt servants including Army Officers should work in their nearby Primary education school after retirement along with their wives. I have myself decided to settle in hills after my retirement and teach children. At present I am posted in Jharkhand in NCC & trying to do my bit in schools.

Based on my observation of travelling in various cities by taxis, auto rickshaws, electric rickshaws, cycle rickshaws etc., I would like you to please take a second during your MannKiBaat to advise/suggest to drivers of such public transport vehicles not to spit on the roads during the journey. It is neither in the interest of the passengers nor in that of public hygiene for some of these drivers to spit frequently. Thank you sir. #SwachhBharat

This is regarding Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, most of the garbage accumulate near roads and rail track by traveler or tourist, We should make some type of large vacuum running machine to clean and collect this garbage.I think 70% of our problem will resolve by this method. 2. For development of tourism business, Main focus should be on road and greenery. Billions of trees required to be plant around the INDIA. It will also help to reduce global warming. Can we start it. Please tell about the RuPay debit card. How a common bank customer can compelled to the bank for giving RuPay Debit Card,while there is no process to get RuPay card.I already tried to get RuPay debit card for three times by open three bank account in the past timebut I never succeed.
