In vasai virar area of MMRDA, builders increased prices of real estate from Rs 4500 to Rs 7500 of ready to occupy house, Middle class sufferering from job loss, petro prices, food price, etc. Is there Govt exist in maharashtra . Will builders continue to hold ready made house and will rig prices and than they will sell to middle class? I know several HNI who has bought more than 5 affordable homes for investment purpose. Will Govt discourage them so such a money can be diverted for startup?

Small enterpreuners are backbone for building Big industries. In Most of the cases these are either proprietory units or run by a small family.They contribute to large tax collection. There is no scheme to support these units for long term or when they are in trouble. Farmers get support if they have problem. Goverment employees are supported by pention. There is no appreciation like Padmashree etc. New generation is not interested to start own small buisness.

Hello Modiji, last year when demonitisation was announced we have seen good number of people started using digital sources to do transactions but again now its changed and everyone is doing cash transactions. Would like to suggest a plan similar to what has been done to convert cable TV to set up box. ATMs n Cash withdrawals should reduced. Start with big cities n then move to smaller villages. If anyone wants more cash they can pay a fees. Hope you like my suggestion and it will help India grow

Dear Prime Minister, In New India, we are talking about so many things better development,better infrastructure,better handling of national security issue like kashmir or naxlism. But are we handling the climate change,global warming and pollution better? We immediately need to address these issue should work on them in proactive manner otherwise day will come where our existence will be in danger. What we will do of development when people life will be in danger.

Respected sir Despite the clarification by the Finance Minister regarding the assurance for safety of bank deposits under the proposed Financial Resolution and Deposit Insurance Act, there are confusions amongst the people due to misleading information being circulated by some newspapers and general public. People are getting mislead by this wrong information. So if you could reassure the people through man ki baat regarding safety of their deposits it will be of great help. Thank you sir!!

Respected sir, WITH RESPECT TO NEWS OF BUS ACCIDENT IN sawai madhopur,rajasthan (on 23 December) my suggestion for transportation rule.In our country these rule not follow continuously , so please odered to check rule regurly (like check licence,helmat,vichel condition etc. also ban old bus or replase ).so we can minimize road accident. thank you sir.
