PM, My suggestion is regarding the Environment.Lets ask all public sector and private sector to introduce mechanism of " Green rating" where people gets rating on their green initiative, it can be plantation of trees, paper less, use of solar energy and CNG, environmental awareness programme etc. It should be mandatory along with performance rating in all companies. Also, the govt. can come up with individual tax exemptions under environment investment( purchase of solar lamp, solar pad etc.

LESSONS FROM ANTI-NATIONAL ACTIVITIES IN CENTRAL UNIVERSITIES LIKE JNU : Central universities are being financed from tax payer money. But anti-bharat elements, have converted them as nursery for preparing extremists/terrorist/fanatics for war armed & ideological against Bharat, its constitution. Gradually reduce subsidy in such institutions, by dual pricing--(a) students to get subsidized rates if they sign 10 year national service bond after degree -or- (b) they have to opt for market rates.

both the houses of parliament and the state legislature have the tradition of paying homage and condolences to the departed souls on various occasions during their sittings. our defence personnel lay down their lives guarding our land, air and sea round the year. it would be in tune with the time we live in, that it should be made mandatory practice to pay condolences to such defence personnel by parliament and various state legislature houses on a regular basis without fail or skip.
