I have something to say about cleanliness.Proper waste management should be followed. Need of proper waste draining areas especially more number of boxes with proper closing lid which cannot be taken out by street animals in all areas, should be maintained. Rules should be followed properly by both people and workers who takes care of waste property. People who failed to follow proper waste management should be fined even if its the workers. Those areas should be properly checked and maintained.

Honourable Prime Minister, Although we listen various news regarding Delhi pollution and its harmful effects not only in that area but also in the nearby area like Noida etc,But so far we have been failed to eradicate this from our capital city.China's capital Beijing shows continuous increase in pollution but decrease in population.I just want to bring your attention towards this and damp sure 2019 election would like to welcome you in Delhi without mask on their face. In my opinion, for the benefit of all, your project of Skill India and its relevance with regard to getting employment outside India and the entire process thereof should be discussed at length. Being a 23 year old citizen, it is extremely disheartening when we study almost all our lives till 21 years of age at least and do not get a decently paying job subsequently. Gaining employment outside India after getting educated in India is extremely difficult. Please assist.
