Please bring a legislation making it mandatory to purchasers of land/sites/plot to construct structure either residential/commercial with in a stipulated period of one or two years so number of vacant plots lying within city limits get constructed. Which will minimise conversion of fertile agriculture lands. The said proposed rule will curtail investments of black money. At present ordinary citizens with less income are not able to have their house/shelter in life span. Regards

There are increasing incidents of Hospitals asking doctors to meet business targets. They are forced to ask lots of blood test/investigations. Asking XRAY/blood/Urine test/MRI.etc is common. Many times patients do this test outside hospital, even there in lab/diagnostic center ask for referral doctor name (commission). My request is that we make law that Hospitals/Diagnostic center/lab can't ask for referral doctor name. Asking referral doctor name and storing should be illegal. short of words:)
