Government/PSU departments. I have not seen a single woman doing govt/PSU job marrying an unemployed youth. This also creates problem in providing social security to all.

It has also been seen that children after getting the jobs drive out their parents. 3. According to me, there should be regulation that a government employee whether central or state government or of PSUs, cannot marry another government or PSUs employee. If they want to marry each other, one of them has to resign from the job. This will create more jobs for the general youths. Generally, if a woman who gets a job in government/PSU departments, she marries a person who has job in

When you are giving his or her spouse a job in the department for social security, then why are you giving the pension. Either give pension or give the job. This has led to several incidents of killing husband in connivance with lovers or children to get both the job and the pension. This is really illogical according to me. Withdraw all these outdated rules and regulations. Give either pension or job and give this job or pension only to the spouse and not to his/her children.

of subsidy and corruption. This will give the poor people social security and at the same time, shrewd public will not be able to take undue govt. benefits & subsidies. 2. In Governments and some PSUs, when an employee dies during the duty hours, his wife gets a job in that department. If she tenders no objection, then the job is given to any of her children and in addition, she gets life long pension. What a law? You are giving double benefits to a government employee.

What is the logic behind all these subsidised food items and kerosene sold by the ration shops, kerosene dealers. Public who are financially sound or doing Government jobs, they are also taking the benefits of these subsidised items/goods. On an average, a family of four members will require Rs.2000/- to lead their livelihood. So, those who are genuine, I am using the word- genuine BPL i.e. below poverty line public, transfer Rs.2000/- direct to their bank accounts and close all these shops of

Nobody will have a local backing. I hope that you will look into the matter because I believe that you believe in uniformity, simplicity & equality & justice for all. Law should be simple, transparent, uniform in a Department. There should be a single gradation list for promotion based on the All India Ranking List of SSC for Gr. C & D Staff in the Income Tax Department.

and automatically the immediate junior will be promoted. This will make the promotion system transparent, free of litigations and nobody will be deprived of his/her due promotion. It will also help the administration make inter charge transfer of all staffs easily because there will be no bar or restrictions. This will also help Government curb corruption because staffs against whom there are allegations of corruption, they may be transferred to a remote corner of the country as punishment.

but for Group C and D staffs, it is not maintained which is not proper & also a deviation from the common law. Law should be uniform and equal for all. When selection is being made by SSC on all India ranking, then promotion should also be given on the basis of that all India seniority/ranking list. When a vacancy arises in a region, promotion should be given on the basis of all India gradation/seniority list. Those who do not want to go to that region, they may forgo their promotions and

becomes junior to his counterpart due to different seniority list of that particular region. This is against the principle of natural justice and equality. When selection is being made by SSC on all India basis/ranking, then there should be a single Departmental gradation list on all India basis based on SSC all India ranking list just like in Banks, Railways, PSUs. A single all India gradation list from ITOs onwards i.e. Gr. B Officers is already maintained in the Income Tax Department but
