Do not create confusions who to file online and who to file manually. Make it simple and uniform. Compulsory e-filing of income tax returns will also create jobs for unemployed youths. Uniformity and simplicity are very important in framing laws.

Income tax payers having total income below Rs.5 Lakh have been allowed to file their income tax returns manually with the Income Tax Department. When every other thing is going online, then what is the logic behind this? Who file income tax returns? those having taxable income. Those who have taxable income i.e. paying taxes can easily bear the fees of income tax practitioners for filing their returns online through e-filing portal. Make e-filing compulsory for all income tax return filers.

People are now smart enough to understand. Do not play with the sentiments of the people otherwise it may cost you dearly in the 2019 general elections. I love my country and I want to eradicate corruption. I have deep faith in you. Do not betray me. I do not want that you lose the 2019 general elections.

One more thing is that take number of currency notes standing in the banks before demonetization and do not allow exchange of notes this time. Crores of money had been exchanged during the demonetization period by black money holders in connivance with the bank officers and officials. If you do not do this, it has and will surely become clear to the public that you just made them fool and all these demonetization was an eyewash and politically motivated.

curb black money, corruption and anti-national activities is not bonafide and noble. You are just doing an eyewash and befooling public. Replace these 500 and 2000 notes by 200 notes. The highest denomination of currency should be 200 rupee note. I would also advise to demonetize 500 and 2000 currency notes in phases i.e. first demonetize 2000 notes and then after 2-3 years demonetize 500 notes and before doing these, sufficient number of 100 and 200 notes must be circulated in the economy.

There are everywhere ATMs, people can easily withdraw cash, then there is no need for general public to carry huge cash with them. Only people indulged in corrupt practices will carry huge cash with them for terror funding or to give bribes. You are actually helping these people because it is now very easy to carry crores of money with new 500 and 2000 currency notes. If you do not demonetize these high denomination currency notes of 500 and 2000, then it will be presumed that your intention to

You demonetized Rs. 500 and 1000 currency notes to unearth black money and also for other reasons but are you not encouraging again stashing of black money and corruption by having introduced new 500 and 2000 notes. On one hand, you are encouraging e-payments, e-transactions, e-transfers of money and on the other hand, you are re-monetizing economy with high denomination currency notes of 500 and 2000.

You once said - unless a person has experience of having served as a chief minister of a state should not be allowed to become prime minister because he has no experience to run a state. Experience counts SIR. In corporate world, even an MBA passed person has to start from the bottom to gain experience and on the basis of his work and contribution, he gets promotion. But in government, once a person clears UPSC, then after every two-three years, he gets promotion whether or not he does anything.

All the hard work at the ground level is done by a gr. c staff. There is no need of such worthless and numerous commissioners/officers in government departments. A gr. c staff takes a bribe of Rs. 500-1000 but a commissioner/officer takes bribe of Rs. 1 lakh to crores. This country needs honest and efficient workers/staffs not inexperienced commissioners/officers who just pass an examination called UPSC and become kings of this country. UPSC should be banned.

Businessmen toil day and night to grow their business but these secretaries, commissioners, officers take bribes from these businessmen and do nothing for the government. Once you said Sir that there are too many officers in our country but very few efficient workers. What do these officers/commissioners do - nothing except signing the document prepared by their staffs and drawing huge salary. In a salary of a secretary/commissioner/officer, you can employ three-four gr. c employees.
