Respected Sir, Thanks for this reaching you platform. When we apply for a small job whether Govt or Private, 02 or more interviewers sit for an interview to assess each candidate one by one. But in courts, only 01 judge takes the decision for life long loss or profit, right or wrong, life or death. It is suggested that the cases at lower courts should be heard atleast by 03 judges to mitigate the changes of biased, injustice, bribery, timely delivery of justice etc. My warm Regards.

#MannKiBaat - we do have transport organized by each firm individually , which owe to a lot of traffic. Instead we can have a collaborated transport system organized common to all the firms in a IT hub, which we would be run more frequently. This way we can reduce on the number of private vehicles being used and reduce congestion

Dear PM Ji, 1. India should have supported Isarel in the UNO for Jerusulam issue. 2. we need to strenthen our Defence system with high technogolies. 3. Please stress on swaach bharat to the leaders and politicians not people, these leaders are not doing their duty, they have to take responsibility with Local administration and ensure cleaniness, toilets consutrution. Please give direction to all the state governments to do their duty. People are thinking it is not implemented.

#MannKiBaat - IT campuses can have part of their campuses grow fresh veggies, since all of them in Hyderabad are built on fertile lands. Employees can buy them from the farmers who have grown them there. This way we will have people with better health and help in around farmers as well.All the IT employees are losing out n fresh food owing to frozen food, I guess this would be a boost for better health of all of us.We do see such sights in Govt offices here in Hyd, but not anywhere near IT Hub.

Dear PM Sir, 1. When can we expect peace in Jammu and Kashmir. When it is going to be part of India by removing article 370.It is our part of country. 2. Ram Janma Bhoomi issue is getting dragged again and again. Please find a solution people are expecting this for decades. 3. Please focus on South India, we need support from Central Government.Every time south indians think we are isolated. Dear PM Sir, 1. Please focus on Middle Class. No government has done this. GST percentage should be reduced for Middle Class items like Insurance, Gas, Petrol , house hold items. 2. Tripple talaq and uniform code of law has to be implemented. Muslim women are expecting this. It has to be implemented. 3. Famers and Salaried employees have to be benefited with your policies. 4. Government should encourage business for generating employment with reduced tax reforms.
