Sir, I have been regular listener of Mann ki Baat. Regarding Bet Bachao Beti Padhao, considering people preferring smaller families, even single child (provided first one is male) in order to protect girlchild, it is suggested that: "To ensure that single girl child is given its due, it is high time that reservation in government service is declared by government". This will discourage parents (wishing to have single child) to have 2nd child in case their first child is a girl.

Respected Sir, I request you to please increase subsidy of PMAY(G) from Rs. 1,30,000 to Rs. 2,50,000. Please review the scheme. Thanks.
