For constructed houses property tax whereas for vacant land no such tax is levied and hence people keep their residential land without constructing as they expect steep price of their land Hence after purchase if no construction is made even after 5 years why can't sizable tax be levied so that it becomes for such land owners who do not construct

Your "Make in India" thrust can be greatly expanded and speeded up - boost India's Exports, cut imports especially from China, by just better utilization of current GoI budget, need not for FDI. Sounds too good to be true ? Not with our world class technologies in electronics, semiconductors and more. We have taught Adv. Mfr. to even the Japanese, built ultra modern factories in both the US and Japan, the Chinese are far behind. India can leapfrog China. Call us ! Dr. D. Gupta, AZ, USA

Undergraduate Students from our universities should be involved in Social work like cleaning drives, tree plantation, working for old and homeless people etc., and there should be extra grades for those activities. It will involve our young gen with the city/society and make them more aware & responsible citizens. Something worth pushing for.

Even after making large number of flyovers on highways congestion on roads increasing proportionately to new flyovers. several KMs of long queues of traffic jam occurs at Toll Nakas for paying charges. Why Govt should not pay for construction cost to builders of road/flyover and include this cost in fuel prices. Every person buying fuel uses roads/flyovers. Instead of collecting construction cost at Tolls collect through fuel prices and make the roads jam free.Where Fuel Cess is spent?

Along technology we need a sustainable environment for the future generation of India. We should give due care for the environment for securing healthy atmosphere for all people. Planting private and government forest. A company having profit of 1 crore should maintain 100 cent of private forest can be a good condition. Even government should take initiative to plant trees at the origin of rivers and at banks as well. Trees can be fruit bearing plants and birds will carry seeds to new places.
