#MannKiBaat should be focused on #startups. #pm should request and encourage the common men to promote and consume the startup's goods and services so that they can compete with big brands.

The following problems area required a revised rules/action plan :- (a) Political crime - Cases deal with rapid court. (b) Clear all the long pending legal cases. many cases are very old and all the witnesses and evidences are expired but keeping the fortnightly hearings. (c) No of courts extended upto village/Panchayat level. (d) Education institutes to be withdrawn from religious societies and take over by Govt only.

Dear Modiji, Pranam! Since you emphasize on innovation, I would humbly suggest you to speak on measures you have taken on science funding, especially funding of research projects, transparencies in their selection, and identifying priority areas. Please also cover measures of globally protecting Indian origin Intellectual Property Rights.I may please be allowed to add that I am one of the very few National Science Talent Search Scholars (Batch 1972), who remained in India.

Rail travel in summer becomes pathetic in general and sleeper class as temp. goes upto 50 deg.C. My innovation provides cooling for these classes at almost nil cost and can be implemented on existing bogies. RDSO principally agrees on technology. A govt. initiative is needed for insisting on Implementing. pdf file attatched. (research by IIT graduate)

Sir, It is observed that we are lagging behind the target of reaching 40GW in Solar Rooftop segment. I feel that fixation of responsibility for such installations, maintaining the quality standards for durability and safety by all the Heads of Organizations under the control of Central Government may help in reaching the target.
