Dear Sir, 1) Fair and transparent selections at PSUs/IITs etc are possible only if they are conducted centrally by UPSC 2) Govt employees are not allowed to be non-executive directors, non-working directors/designated partners in startups. relaxing this rule will be beneficial and will boost our "make in India" campaign. 3) reducing retirement age to 58 in PSUs/IITs/Govt will create 200000+ jobs and will give hope to youth.

Dear Sir, Suggest to formalize voluntary work through technology - All Institutes to be registered on app Any service -time,knowledge or presence Same time same across the country (5-7 pm) People can come to know there presence through geo location ( eg. you are in 100 meters of old age home give your time make somebody smile) similar can be sent for schools/ hospitals With standardization of timings and app people with transferable jobs in new cities have handy information

I feel that Human Resource in India is underutilised.Most youth aren't aware of the opportunities available to them and end up following a herd.The result is an uneven distribution of people across various fields of work.Also,our education at schools doesn't prepare us for the latest advancement in our respective fields.Can't government provide a mandatory career counselling to all students so that we can chose a field of study as per our abilities?

Dear PM , My suggestion is why should a bureaucrat requires to update his work or achievements on public social media platforms. Isn't he paid by the Govt for the job he has been assigned or does he want his superiors to look at his achievements for getting appraised better. If at it is reqd then it should be from the department & not posted in an individual capacity. So many bureaucrats active on Twitter Facebook etc ??? Regards Avneet

Dear PM Yesterday I've read in newspaper quoting your minister in Rajyasabha that 4.2 lacs vacancy in Central jobs so why not you release all to give employment in 4.2 lacs families. It'll boost your govt image and bring in huge dividend in 2019. Youths are feeling uneasy on Joblessness and may explode sooner or later as private sectors are also not contributing much. sir, i would suggest you to invest in artificial intelligence, china and USA are leading in this field. india should contribute in making machines that can think like humans, we need to invest money in AI, china is doing a great job by investing more than 50 billion dollars in artificial intelligence by 2020.i am 14 years old, i want to start my AI company. its not just for me, but many Artificial intelligence startups are struggling due to of lack of focus in this revolutionary field. help.
