प्राइवेट नौकरी में कुछ अच्छी कंपनियों को छोड़ कर लगभग सभी कंपनियों में स्टाफ और वर्कर का शोषण होता है. 8 से भी अधिक समय तक ड्यूटी ली जाती है.न्यूनतम वेतन से कम वेतन पर कर्मचारियों की भर्ती की जाती है और हाजिरी कम दिखा कर न्यूनतम मजदूरी से वेतन बनाया और बैंक में ट्रान्सफर किया जाता है.PF और ESI की भांति पेरोल का भी एक ऑन लाइन सॉफ्टवेयर होना चाहिए. कम्पनियों में स्टाफ और वर्कर की नियुक्ति और वेतन का रिकॉर्ड सरकार की निगरानी में रहने से GST की भांति यहाँ भी गड़बड़ ख़त्म हो जाएगी.

Respected Sir, I would like to know what the government is doing to stop corruption in judiciary. What steps is government is taking to prevent common man from harassment of long pend-ency of case in courts. What government is going to do to stop lawyers from doing whatever they want and harass there clients. What government is going to do for accountability of judges magistrates lawyers etc. Can you please explain your course of action for this in your "Mann ki Baat"

respected sir I want to raise my voice for empowering women and also to stop castism. In middle society there are still many restrictions for them. I can't marry to a Brahmin just because I am not brahmin though I have all legal rights for it but families are afraid of the society. This will surely effect the productivity of India because a devloping world belong to a happy and peaceful mind. Why have we binding our legs own? 3> if they want salary hike then why their salary is tax free? they are not doing anything special or additional. 4> why only single time MP or MLA is getting life time pension and a government officer has to serve for 25-28 years to get a pension. pls think over it and take necessary action to remove this stupidity.

Dear Hon'le Prime Minister. We see a lot of Actions and steps towards the Progress of this Nation. One thing which many of our Citizens feel is that the Voting process which is under Mess now needs to be stabilised to arrest all wrong votes. To do this the best way is to link AADHAR to the EVM if it matches and the person is allowed to vote and with the NOTA it will bring the honest and true leaders to the Parliament. Jai Hind.
