Cases filed under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act is being totally shamed by the culprits. A bounced cheque and delayed payments have a consequential effect on the country and the economy and those guilty must be arrested and made to pay up or jailed. Justice is being denied! The law should be modified , give it more teeth. How many cases languishing? Incredible! Imagine what we could do for India if all that money was paid up and the taxes can be used for the poor . Time to act !

Respected sir, Sir compulsory military basic training in every school.every one learn English,Hindi or various languages but no one learn to protect own mother land.so I request to you compulsory some basic military training and hired teachers for every school.Result is awaited but tremendous result after year and year.

My idea is to resolve the huge number of pending cases in the Courts in India . Since most / all the cases are classified and recorded in digital format , we should be able to classify cases based on the level of pettiness and run fast track for the same with deadlines depending off the level of pettiness. Sometimes , the amounts for which a case is being fought is worth less than the amount of time and money being invested by the courts in the arguments . Big Data analysis can help.
