Namesta Sir.I am a govt employee of Haflong Dima hasao Assam.Sir here we all state employees face prblm regarding salary n due arrears where as other state of Assam timely receive there salary n due arreas ,and this is for only Autonomous Council Dima hasao.As every bill pass from there.Sir pls make it happen that our bill directly pass from Treasury as previous we gone through this.pls sir take some action as we survive only by salary.Till now we didn't get our arrears also.Thanks

There should be a strong criteria to depute suitable authorities in Nagar palika or mahanagar palika. There should be no community based systems. In Vapi Nagarpalika, some Halpati lady is there. She is tribal. She doesn't know real abcd. How she is going to perform? Managing a city and cooking rice is a different matter. She could be master in cooking but not ruling.. Stop all this nonsense and fire non performers forever. There should be a stringent criteria.
