Pls consider addressing how GoI would handle floods this year and next year onwards (more effectively). Also festive season is coming up hence linking those celebrations with Swachch Bharat Abhiyan may be addressed too.

Sir, Govt. must encourage youth to take agriculture and farming activities. Govt must aid them by giving subsidised quality seeds, guiding them to take organic farming activities, guiding them drip irrigation etc. This will not only create employment opportunities but also increase our agriculture production coupled with clean environment. By encouraging them to grow cash crops, fruits and vegetables etc. your Govt will be doing great Services to our Country. Even corporates can be roped in.

५.शिक्षा का स्तर बढ नहीं गिर रहा है... ✍एक विद्यार्थी फूटबॉल के क्षेत्र में कैरियर बनाना चाहता है। वह अपने विद्यालय के खेल शिक्षक से कहा कि सर, विद्यालय के छात्रों से एक फुटबॉल का टीम बना दीजिए,किंतु शिक्षक के उदाशीनता नकारात्मक जवाब ने उसे और उनके जैसे छात्रों कि उम्मीदों पर पानी फेर रहे हैं । ये शिक्षक साल में एक बार स्पोर्ट करा देना ही कॉफी मानते हैं। ✍सरकारी विद्यार्थीयों की आपबीती । एक गृहशिक्षक मनोज राम।

४.शिक्षा का स्तर बढ नहीं गिर रहा है... ऐसे विद्यार्थी इसी वजह से दैनिक विद्यालय नहीं जाते,उन्हें लगता है कि आज भी कक्षा में पढाई नहीं होगी और हमें विद्यालय में असमाजिक वातावरण का सामना करना पडेगा...। ✍अभी तो सुनने में आया है कि विद्यालयों में मनोरंजन के साधन भी उपलब्ध कराया गया है...। जैसे-कैरमबोर्ड...। बहुत सारे शिक्षक कैरम खेलने में ही व्यस्थ देखे जाते हैं..

३.शिक्षा का स्तर बढ नहीं गिर रहा है... ✍अगर सारी घंटी विद्यालय में बैठना पडे,शिक्षक/शिक्षिका कोई भी कक्षा लेने न जाए...। जो बच्चों विद्यालय कुछ सीखने,जानने,समझने के लिए आते हैं । उसे अगर शुरूआती घंटी से लेकर अंतिम घंटी तक सिर्फ कक्षा में बैठना पडे, अनुशासनहीन विद्यार्थीयों के कोलाहल को ३ से ४ घण्टे झेलना पडे...। वैसी परिस्थिति में अच्छे और मेधावी विद्यार्थीयों के मन में शिक्षा व्यवस्था की गलत नीतियों का बुरा प्रभाव पर रहा है।

२.शिक्षा का स्तर बढ नहीं गिर रहा है... ✍इधर श्रीरामाशीष हिंदी उच्च विद्यालय,बर्द्धमान के शिक्षक या शिक्षिका समय पर कक्षा में नहीं आते हैं और घंटी समाप्त होने से पहले कक्षा से चले जाते हैं...। ३५ या ४० की कक्षा १५ मिनट या उससे कम समय में सीमट जाती है। ✍ज्यादातर शिक्षक या शिक्षिका कक्षा में किताबों की बच्चों से सिर्फ रीडिंग करवाते हैं...। समझाते या पूरी जानकारी नहीं देते...। ✍एडमीशन के कई महीने बीत जाने के बाद भी अभी तक विद्यार्थीयों को कुछ किताबें नहीं प्राप्त हुई है।

१.शिक्षा का स्तर बढ नहीं गिर रहा है... ✍सरकारी विद्यालयों के अभी के पाठ्यक्रम में जानकारी कम सवाल अधिक दिये गये हैं...। और कहा या लिखा गया है कि शिक्षक या शिक्षिका से पूछे या चर्चा करें...। ✍पहले के पाठ्यक्रम में जानकारी के साथ-साथ प्रश्नों के उत्तर भी पाठों में दिये रहते थें। जिसे बच्चें खुद पढकर समझ भी लेते थे किंतु अभी के पाठ्यक्रम शिक्षक/शिक्षिका अधारित है...। जिसे बच्चें खुद नहीं समझ सकते...नहीं समझ पा रहे हैं... ।

Sir, I suspect some opposition parties and their Govts would deliberately want to prolong the issues of Gau Rakshaks and meet and they will not even take severe actions against the people who take law into their hands. They wanted to create communal tension and instability in the Country. They must be completely exposed. They deliberately wanted to paint your Govt as anti-minority Govt. I have a suggestion. Govt must rope in all religious heads to guide the Public and to calm the situation.
