Any Hospital,private,public,multi specialty,small clinic,should compulsorily admit Emergency patients,After giving first aid or after moving the patient to ICU then they can shift the patient to Government hospital or Their Insured hospitals.But all emergency patient like accident,cardiac arrest,stroke,should be allowed to get emergency recovery at free of cost if needed.Make law that no hospitals should refuse treatment, because of not paying for patient in emergency or patient crying in pain.

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री मोदीजी , आज किसान के लिए, खेती के लिए सबसे बड़ी समस्या पानी है। अतः इसे दूर करने के लिए भूमिगत जलस्तर बढ़ाना होगा और बारिश के पानी का संग्रहण करना होगा। सरकार पहले से इसके लिए काम कर रही लेकिन अभी ओर काम करने की जरूरत है। इसके लिए सरकार को सव॔प्रथम कदम उठाने चाहिए क्योकि भारत किसानो का देश है। अतः कुछ सुक्षाव नीचे फाइल में भेज रहा हूँ-

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, यह पहला मौका है जब मै अपने विचार यहाँ रख रहा हूँ।देश के विकास में सरकार सकारात्मक कदम उठा रही है और इस कड़ी में हम नौजवान भी आपके साथ है।मै मानता हूँ की भारत के विकास मे भारतीय रेल का आज भी बहुत बड़ा योगदान है।रेल तरक्की करेगी तो देश भी तरक्की करेगा।परन्तु रेल के अभियंता जो पूरी सुरक्षा से रेल परिचालन करते है उनकी तरक्की के कोई पुख्ता नियम रेल्वे में नही है।एक ग्रेजुएट इंजीनियर रेल्वे में चेयरमैन बोर्ड तक बन जाता है और वही दूसरा ग्रेजुएट इंजीनियर बिना प्रमोशन रह जाता है।

Sir, with the change of regime at the Center 2 years ago I was expecting that there would be some substantial change in the Governance of the country.But perhaps that is yet to be achieved. i want that this Govt headed by you should make all the Regulatory bodies more powerful, strict on implementation and compliance. The Govt should minimize its role to run the competitive business and allow the Corporates to run that as the cannot compete with the Government who is a super regulator.KAMBOJ M S

A website of govt like naukri.com where there will be provision for all the indian companies as wellas govt's vacancy notifications can be posted and on the same platform citizens of india can apply for those notification using the same platform, and no charges will be lavied for any notification posting by job givers and applying by job seekers. Please look into this. 1) there are many vacancies all over india but lack of avareness makes indian jobseekers jobless.

Sir, Still We don't have enough public toilets in India. I am a Software Engineer working in Bangalore. It looks very awkward when we go out with our foreign clients & struggle for toilets. Can we have few more dustbins also. I know it should be handled by Municipality but Municipalities are not doing their work properly. In Bangalore condition of Swachch Bharat Abhiyaan is really very bad. Please do something
