I am enclosing a copy of an Open Letter dated 18th September 2015, regarding Cyber Insurance. http://www.naavi.org/wp/?p=3475 There are more articles highlighting why there is a necessity for such a scheme to be an essential part of the Digital India program on my website naavi.org. There is a need for PMO to do a research on this and not ignore the thoughts expressed there.

Great to see many positive changes coming back to India after 10 years from UK. All priorities and progress is well and good but what I feel is that cleanliness & discipline on the roads (traffic rules) and streets are first priority because that is the place where the mass will learn discipline by force and that will be carried to all fields of the life. That is the first visible change for any village, city or a nation.This can be achieved by small/no investment! We need youth ideas.

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी , कृपया सेवानिवृति की आयु सीमा कम करते हुए सेवानिवृति के बाद नौकरशाह एवं न्यायधीशों को रोजगार देना बंद किया जाय

namaste sir Ji, I get concern you about a different type of issue. I study in a institute name 'the institute of engineer (India) at Kolkata ,correspondence. I know about there case in high court for the permission of degree courses .and only till 2013 admitted student will eligible for central proved degree,but I admit in 2016 .I request you to take suitable action on it and concern on this issue fast with MHRD.I issue is also many student who admitted after 2013 ,please resolve it fast.

Cyber Insurance:I had sent a letter before the last Independence Day requesting consideration of a Cyber Insurance Scheme and warned about the possible collapse of Jandhan Scheme due to Cyber attacks. I feel that not enough has been done in this regard and the risks have grown. I am not repeating my detailed views expressed on my blog naavi.org . I wish atleast in the 2016 Independence Day speech you announce a Cyber Insurance For All Scheme. A workable solution can be found..

Respected Sir, Being a final year engineering student from Biotechnology,I've come to realize how small the job market is for graduating biotech students. My college brings around 150+ IT companies for the recruitment process but they find it difficult to bring even 1 Biotech company. Also there is a mindset in people that Biotechnology has no scope in India and one has to go abroad to find jobs. So i request you sir that more importance be given to this field.

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी बर्तमान Generation को देखते हुए मतदान करने की उम्र 16 साल कर देनी चाहिए।अब युवा तेज़ समझदार हो गए है।इसमें सुधार करने की जरुरत है। सरकारी कर्मियो को राजनीति से क्यू रोका जाता है। इस कारण लाखो अच्छे लोग इसमें नहीं आ पा रहे।इसमें भी सुधार की जरुरत है। सभी सरकारी बिभागो में स्वदेसी बस्तुओं के प्रयोग के लिए दिशानिदेश देने चाहिए। महोदय भस्टाचार पर सरकारी बिभागो में रोक लगाने की जरुरत है। कम होने का नाम नहीं ले रही।

Our Country is Having Big Problem of Black Money Solution from Our Point of View is that Please Reduce tax rate on income ,biz all having higher income actually but not want to show due to high income tax rate,if we reduce tax rate to the extent 5% of Net total income and compensate with increase in Charge of tax free govt services ,will reduce black money of our country Increase NRI Fix deposit rate to know how much amount we have in other country

Sir NPA ration is lower as compare with big loan taker with small unit ,hence it time to give more importance on small unit to increase their production capacity ,they have all ability but only thing is not is money for making expansion and At in current position if one big client taking loan of 1 cr become npa is effect more then 10 client of Rs.10 Lakh so it's time to give more loan to small unit
