Sir, For making India clean city city strict action should be taken. For example a scheme should be started like if someone is throwing garbage any where and some unknown person takes the video of that and send it to government then that person should be rewarded and the one who is throwing garbage should be imprisoned.

Sir, Plastic bag that vegetable seller and small grocery store uses should be strictly prohibited. Not the vegetable seller and store keeper but the people asking for carry bags should be very strictly punished. Imprisonment for few weeks or a month will be helpful to solve the problem of plastic waste.

Par IWMP me jo WMT (Watershed Management Team) the jinke jarire ye scheme logon ke pass pahanchata tha unki Salary Sirf Rs.11000/PM (10000 Salary, 1000 TA/DA) or we kisibhi kagaj or bill me signature nehi karsakte, kyunki Odisha me Soil Conservation Dept. ke Officers karenge or we 10th Pass he Jahanki WMTs are Post Graduated par unka Signature ka Value nehi hai. Eske Bare me Bichar kijiega.
