Respected sir make Indian Railways Senior Section Engineer post in Grade B instead of grade C, as they are engineering graduates and manage important railway functions. Also make Indian Engineering Service IES at par with IAS, IPS and IFS in terms of power and positions as they are also Class I officers with engineering degree and technological administrators of important central govt projects of India. Also improve the payscale and no. of vacancies in all Govt orgs as they serve a great popln.

sir, to prevent farmer's suicides you are requested to grant credit limit to them like trade, industry and service sector. Credit limit can be equal to 50% of cost of the land, with subsidized rate of interest. this shall stop farmer’s suicide, loan waiver by government and bad bank debts. farmers are not like industrialist and will repay the credit limit money. Government and RBI is discriminating industry and farm sector, which violates the article 14 of the constitution of India. thanks

For starting, this may be started at all railway stations in first stage. This will help Swachh Bharat and pollution free Environment.
