देश सिर्फ राजनीति और सरकार से नहीं चलता, प्रसाशन की जिम्मेदारी ज्यादा है। सरकारें आतीं जाती रहती है लेकिन प्रसाशन हमेशा रहता है, और इसीलिए मैं चाहता हूँ कि आप पंचायत से लेकर पार्लियामेंट तक के प्रसाशन को ज्यादा से ज्यादा मोटिवेट करें ताकि सरकारों की मेहनत का असर विकास के कामों पर दिखे। प्रसाशन जितना प्रामाणिक रह कर प्रजा की सुविधाओं पर ध्यान केंद्रित करेगा उतना देश को लाभ होगा। सभी विकसित देशों में प्रसाशन ही मानव विकास का मूल आधार होता है।
