Cyclones can't be controlled, but its effect can be minimized by creating wall of coconut trees, man grooves,etc. If Govt. reduces open beach area of sea and in large number such trees plantation with minimum 500 m to 1 km area covered at border of sea then it will help to reduce property and manpower damages.
