Honourable Prime Minister of India is requested to please put some light over the elections in Jammu and Kashmir. It has been 6 years now since one if the most important region of the largest democracy in the world is without any democratically elected government.

Respected PM Modiji , I am a CA with 32 yrs of experience. My firm understanding is that the unlimited exemptions in it coupled with the Dishonest Public as well as Department Officials have facilitated the CREATION OF HUGE VALUE OF UNACCOUNTED WEALTH from the year 1961...the adoption of Income Tax. Now with the introduction of GST almost every POOR citizen is paying Tax. But the wealthiest and the Agriculturists with Large holdings are not contributing their share. So the best way forward ..that too in an Election Year 2024 is to SCRAP THE USELESS INCOME TAX AND BRING A NEW WEALTH TAX ACT AND RULES WITH A SMALL BASIC EXEMPTION LIMIT TO protect the deserving . But NO OTHER BLANKET EXEMPTION IS TO BE PROVIDED . FIX A STAGGERED SLAB RATE OF WEALTH TAX . THIS SHOULD BE BROUGHT ALONG WITH A ONE TIME DISCLOSURE SCHEME. Another pending issue is bringing the PETROLEUM PRODUCTS UNDER GST . THIS WILL REDUCE THE PRICE SUBSTANTIALLY . HOPE YOU WILL CONSIDER MY SUGGESTIONS.

Respected Prime Minister Sir, It is a great honour to express our thoughts on this platform. Sir, our young generation is looking for government jobs. After education they keep on training for jobs in only the government sector and they waste their Cream period. I have an idea: To create a job we can include our corporate sector like hardware, software, Private Banks, manufacturers and services. Corporate sector are recruiting huge freshers and experienced candidates every year. In that village candidates are not selected or they are not trying because of the communication gap. In this situation, 1) Every corporate company must reserve 20 to 30 percentage for freshers (guarantee jobs and statutory benefits for three years) 2) we can conduct a yearly one's common entrance exam like IBPS and those who are passed their exam they can placement in any private sector with a job guarantee and statutory benefits for three years.

NEP guidelines should be issued to schools, colleges, Technical Institutes. Many times, there are many skilled workers who do not possess academic qualifications but are experts in their fields such as electrical, Plumbing, carpentry, etc. These people should be asked to address some sessions in schools, colleges, technical institutes, management colleges, etc so that their rich practical knowledge can be utilized by these Institutes. This will also emphasize the Dictum, Dignity of Labour. Secondly, these skilled workers will feel proud that their talent has been recognized despite they not possessing any academic qualifications. This will boost their Morale.
