5. Railways are definitley imprving, impoved. But the accident reminds us to still we need to improve better way. We can learn lesson from this. Some states people not follwoing rules like more people in reserved compartment or unreserved compartments. That need to be strictly avoided. Some strict rules and processes may help to avoid accidents. improving those railway recruitment and training , motivation probably will help any domain. Simlar safety we needto bring all the transport ways like, land, water ,air ways etc (6) We can find out not much studied states or less educated people , there we can implement school education, required proper educating, general awareness program etc. Heard some top 10 states not educated etc. in social media like Bihar, Chattishgarh, Orissa, MP not sure .
