Namastey.. There are very strict laws in our education system which donot allow students to learn or change there stream once they have graduated from another stream. I am a B.com graduate, I developed an interest towards learning sanskrit but the rules of universities are not allowing me to join the course due to my past study background. I went to Sampurnanand Sanskrit University to join there certificate programme in sanskrit which is for the beginners with no sanskrit background. But I was sursprised to know that the programme is reserved for foreign nationals and not for Indians. I would request you to please start such certificate programmes without much rules of age ,qualification and nationality that can help a person to gain knowledge of the subject they love.

Proposal for the Establishment of a National DNA Database Registry in India Respected Sir I am writing to propose the establishment of a National DNA Database Registry in India, which would serve as a comprehensive repository of genetic information for individuals across the country. This initiative would address several critical needs specific to India and offers numerous benefits, including identification of victims in various scenarios such as natural disasters and accidents, as well as the apprehension of criminals through DNA evidence collected from crime scenes. Background and Rationale: India, with its vast population and diverse demographics, faces unique challenges in maintaining law and order, ensuring public safety, and resolving criminal investigations. DNA analysis has emerged as a powerful tool in forensic investigations, aiding in the identification of individuals involved in criminal activities. However, the lack of a centralized and comprehensive DNA database h

Sir, i have filed couple of public grievances with https://pgportal.gov.in/ . The mechanism works miraculously. Thanks to the government for such quick redressal mechanism. I feel the whole of India should know about this . Please share it in Mann ki baat. Also encourage people to carry acknowledgement copies and get it signed by public officials on submission of service requests. Please make people aware of this at the earliest.

Please issue a circular to start Career guidance sessions in all Secondary classes by inviting Voluntary services of various professionals, scientists and other willing citizens in the locality of each and every school. When I'm called by one of the NG organization to offer my services to guide in Municipal schools, I've found that they are totally unaware of why they are going to school & what they want to do in life, , the students whom I guide are so happy to know about so many opportunities in life and the number of Examinations for admissions to colleges and for jobs they were overwhelmed.I feel vey sad that I cannot reach out to all the students in India. Modiji can we start this and - a readymade sessions of all professions which can motivate the students to have a choice, plan A, B, C which can be included in the school time-table and be a regular feature. Also we can invite professionals to mentor or prepare their own video and share it on dedicated slots on gov.in website.
