Topic: Functioning of PSU - separate youngs from olds - New mindset is required for improving national income. I am a PSU employee & my earlier job was also in a PSU. I observe that lots of officials are not able to work because they have been constrained by a rulebook - a manual or DoP or some Policy. The problem is that the rulebook is not clear or exhaustive to cover all day to day issues. Resultant is that files keep on moving, committees are formed to recommend obvious issues. There is unsaid fear of “why should I take action”. Its pathetic & sith time these old mindsets rust down to young recruits also. Most of the PSUs are dying slow death due to the poisonous attitude of old officers. Corruption is another issue but the “passing the ball game” is another issue being carried out by so called honest officers which also ultimately result in financial loss. I suggest, separate wing should be given to younger employees to streamline the entanglement generated by old officers.

Benefits of honesty:- 1-easy communication 2-easy life 3-increase decision taking and intellect 4-develops pure intellect(ethical) 5-easy education and community makings.

Government had been putting so much efforts to improve dilapidated crumbling railway infrastructure in our country in all these 9 years. With upgradation of tracks, new coaches, bio toilets, renovation of railway stations, Vande Bharat Trains, route electrification, our own developed anti collision Kawach etc made us proud. However, one mistake takes away all the credits of entire good works.The tragic train accident in Odisha and loss of lives of about 300 persons has definitely caused a big set back. You must assure the citizen that no stone would be left unturned to make train journeys faster and safer. We will speed up our efforts to implement reforms in improving rail networks in India

As Prime Minister, twice with the full mandate of the people, I believe you are in charge of all MPs, not only the Cabinet. Therefore, you have the responsibility to ensure the nation's progress and make sure that every MP submits a report card of their respective constituency. With the 2024 elections approaching, we have to prioritize modernizing villages and cities over anything else, and every MP should take up the responsibility to help you achieve that.

Dear Sir, Our Media is doing great and really justifying their duty in right direction..They will be more effective if they more deciplined specially in debate programme.. so many times we see that all participant are talking over ઇસચ other and sometimes there are too many partcipant and at th e end no one can get enough time to put forward their view and programme abruptly ends.. Now there are more young generation in the Country so if the select limited participant and given enough time to them so they can finish their talk in given time frame.. during that time other mics should be out off.. Some times it become so loud that you feel to switch off TV...

Dear Sir You have started a great initiative for recognising "ordinary" citizens for Padma awards instead of only celebrities and politicians. There is a need to replicate the same in other aspects like airports, sports infrastructures etc. Stadiums should be after sportsperson. Srinagar International Airport could be named Paramvir Somnath International Airport after India's first PVC winner because of whom Srinagar is with us today. Your thoughts?

प्रधानमंत्रीजी आप की सरकार राखीवता की जो प्रावधान संविधान मे है, वह संविधान दुरूस्ती के साथ खत्म नही कर सकते? आंबेडकर ने राखीवता की प्रावधान मर्यादित समय के लिए किया था लेकिन बाद मे राजकीय हेतू प्रेरित बढती गयी. आज अकारण सामान्य वर्ग हर जगह राखीवता की शिकार बनता जा रहा है. राखीवता हेतू 90% वाला पिछे तो 65-70% लेनेवाला आगे चलता है. मेडिकल, अभियांत्रिकी और अन्य महत्त्वपूर्ण क्षेत्र मे आपको क्या यह ठीक लगता है? इस हालात मे 90% वालों मे निराशा के कारण आपको ब्रेन ड्रेन की संभावना नही लगती? अध्ययन के लिए सब सुविधा राखीवता वर्ग को देकर नौकरी और शिक्षा क्षेत्र मे गुणवत्ता ही निकष क्या नही हो सकता? इससे सब वर्ग को समान संधी नही मिलेगी ?
