आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री महोदय, मै एक फौजी होने के नाते आपका ध्यान एक अत्यन्तं जरुरी मुद्दे की तरफ आकर्षित करना चाहता हूँ महोदय मुझे खुशी है कि देश आज विकसित देशों की दोड़ में पहूँच गया है, वन्दे भारत जैसी ट्रेन आज देश में फर्राटा भर रही है परन्तुं आज भी देश का जवान को (देश के दुर्गम ईलाको में तैनाती के चलते व अन्य कारणो से) ट्रेन में अपनी कन्फर्म सीट नहीं ले पाता आज भी देश का जवानों को ट्रेन में बाथरुम के पास सोते देखे जाना एक आम बात है जोकि देश के लिए शर्म की बात है। महोदय इस समस्या का एक समाधान में सुझाना चाहुंगा कि जिस प्रकार ट्रेन में Reservation करते समय तत्काल कोटा, प्रीमियम तत्काल कोटा, महिला कोटा व अन्य प्रकार के कई कोटा का प्रायोजन है इसी प्रकार निवदेन है कि रेल मंत्रालय द्वारा प्रत्येक ट्रेन में फौजी कोटा भी बनया जाये जिसमें सिर्फ सेना व पेरामिलिट्री के कार्मिक ही टिकट बुक कर सकें (कोटे काे फौजीयों की जरुरत ना होने पर आम नाररिको को दिया जा सकता है) महोदय यह कदम सभी सेन्य कर्मियों के लिए एक राहत भरा कदम होगा। धन्यवाद । आपका सैनिक मुकेश चौधरी 9899688271
