आदरणीय प्रधानसेवक जी, मैं थार के एक जिले बाड़मेर में हूँ आजकल और पर्यावरण दिवस निकला है अभी इसी महीने में। एक बात नोटिस की है मैनें कि जहां-जहां इंसान भी नहीं पहुँच पाया है, वहाँ-वहाँ कुरकुरे, गुटखे और वेफ़र्स के पाउच और प्लास्टिक की पन्नियाँ पहुँच गई हैं। क्या पहाड़, क्या मैदान और क्या ही रेगिस्तान, इस सिंगल यूज प्लास्टिक ने कुछ भी नहीं छोड़ा। नहीं जानता कि इस सिंगल यूज प्लास्टिक के लिए सरकार और तंत्र की विवशता क्या है, मगर आपसे निवेदन है कि एक बार लोगों से आग्रह कीजिए कि किसी दुकान या बाजार में जाने से पहले घर से कपड़े का थेला या कोई और केरी-बेग लेकर ही बाहर निकलें। नहीं तो ये प्लास्टिक निगल जाएगा एक दिन हम सबको। प्लीज कुछ कीजिए मोदी जी। सादर, रोहित कुमार विश्नोई सिवाना, बाड़मेर - राजस्थान 9413900029

You can do the analysis from VAHAN vs PUCC data. In Bharat to control air pollution following steps may be taken: 1- All vehicles must have valid pucc certificate, before expiry they must get SMS notification before 15 days 2- Incase the concern person not renews the PUCC, must be fined with Rs.100 minimum in each 15 days delay interval 3- After 3 consecutive months non renewal an system generated notice must be issued 4- Incase someone doesn't renews pucc for 1 year, then they shouldn't be able to renew the insurance At least, all the central and state govt vehicles engaged directly or through agencies may be audited and inspected in the first phase. you will get to know the difference. This is not from any commercial point of view, just shared my thoughts to save the environment.
